The cost of a master’s degree is determined annually according to the specialty and the number of students by the beginning of the academic year.

Documents Provided by Persons for the Second Level Higher Education 

Persons applying to master’s degree programmes, whether full-time or part-time, submit the following documents:

  • application to the head of the higher education institution in the prescribed form;  
  • the originals of the higher education diploma and the annexes thereto, or the document on education, indicating the subjects studied and their extent, the marks (points) obtained from the foreign country and the certificate of recognition of the educational document, issued in a foreign State and its equivalence (conformity) of the Education Document of the Republic of Belarus, confirming that a person has received higher education equivalent to the first stage of higher education in the Republic of Belarus; 
  • transcript from the minutes of the meeting of the Faculty Board of Higher Education containing recommendations for Level II higher education (for students entering higher education institutions, implementing the Higher Education Programme at Level II, developing knowledge, skills and competencies in scientific, pedagogical and research work, and obtaining a Master’s degree, the year of completion of the first cycle of higher education);
  • •    an extract (copy) from the employment record, and (or) a copy of the civil contract, and (or) a copy of the certificate of State registration of the individual entrepreneur, and (or) a document confirming that the artisan has been registered with the tax authority, and (or) a copy of the notary’s certificate, and (or) a copy of the lawyer’s certificate, and (or) the professional certificate of the creative worker, and (or) a document confirming the membership of the creative union, persons applying for higher education by correspondence or by evening for higher education;
  • 4 photos 3 x 4 cm;
  • medical certificate on the form prescribed by the Ministry of Health;
  • identity document (and copy) (presented in person);
  • list and copies of published scientific papers, descriptions of inventions, reports on research and development (if any) carried out, diplomas confirming victories in republican and (or) international Olympiads (if any).

A notarized translation into one of the official languages of the Republic of Belarus is attached to the documents listed above, which are made in a foreign language, if they are legalized or apostille is affixed.

Foreign nationals who apply to the magistracy on the basis of international treaties or on behalf of foreign organizations submit the following documents:

  • application to the head of the higher education institution in the prescribed form;  
  • the originals of the higher education diploma and the annexes thereto, or the document on education, indicating the subjects studied and their extent, the marks (points) obtained from the foreign country and the certificate of recognition of the educational document, issued in a foreign State and its equivalence (conformity) of the Education Document of the Republic of Belarus, confirming that a person has received higher education equivalent to the first stage of higher education in the Republic of Belarus; 
  • documents confirming the Belarusian nationality (for Belarusians who are citizens of foreign States or stateless persons);
  • the opinion of a medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after undergoing a compulsory medical examination by a higher education institution);
  • a medical certificate on the state of health and a certificate on the absence of HIV infection issued by the official health-care authority of the country from which the candidate came;
  • a copy of the identity document (and a copy) certified in accordance with the established procedure. If the documents are submitted by the representative, a document certifying the identity of the representative shall be presented and a copy of the document certifying the identity of the applicant, certified in due course;
  • 4 photos 3 x 4 cm.

DATES FOR THE ADMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO THE MAGISTRACY ARE FROM THE 27TH JUNE TO THE 5TH JULY.

DATE OF THE INTRODUCTORY TEST IS FROM THE 6TH TO THE 12TH JULY.
